EMS boosts advertising with AdInsight

Web design and digital marketing agency, EMS Internet Ltd has boosted the return on their advertising investment by over 900 per cent thanks to online call tracking solution, AdInsight.

EMS, which offers web design, search engine optimisation and pay per click services, signed up to resell AdInsight’s call tracking solution in February this year after they successfully improved their own marketing campaigns during a trial of this powerful software.

And, since implementing AdInsight to track how many sales their advertising campaigns generated over a three month period, EMS has invested its cash into the medium which proved to work best for them – boosting their return on investment (ROI) by 936 per cent.

Ross Fobian, Director at the Manchester Science Park based company AdInsight Limited, explained: “We developed the AdInsight system to provide our clients with an accurate, reliable means of tracking how successful their offline and online marketing campaigns were in generating phone calls and sales.

“The system uses unique telephone numbers to track which adverts are generating leads as well as additional information, such as if the call resulted in a sale, call duration and if it was a repeat caller,” he said.

Prior to using the software, Warrington based EMS had believed the majority of their customers contacted them online, via email or through the website.  However, AdInsight proved this to be wrong, revealing that more customers actually contacted EMS over the telephone, resulting in a shift in their business strategy.

Web Design Manager at EMS, Chris Cooke, commented: “AdInsight has provided EMS Internet with a greater understanding of our advertising spend and improved the return on investment from our marketing campaigns beyond expectations.

“Using AdInsight we have re-focused our marketing budget into other advertising mediums resulting in a 936 per cent increase in return on investment to date which is tracked via our online AdInsight control panel,” Chris concluded.

In addition to EMS, AdInsight have signed up a number of renowned traditional and digital marketing agencies from around the UK. These companies wish to remain unnamed as they are reselling the AdInsight call tracking solution under a white label agreement. However, they include agencies ranking within the top 10 in the UK and who manage portfolios which include well known brands.

“Since we launched AdInsight last year we have had a very positive response from businesses which have used the software to track their advertising campaigns and increased the return on their advertising spend as a result,” added Ross.
