Manchester-based leading technology infrastructure specialist, ANS Group, is celebrating after being ranked 9^th in The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For 2010.

The company, located on Manchester Science Park, has jumped 15 places from last year when it was ranked 24^th. It is also the highest ranked IT and communications company in the UK as well as the highest rated Cisco Gold partner in the list.

The employee survey revealed that 88% of staff find their work stimulating. Additionally, 89% have confidence in the leadership of senior mangers with 90% believing that their managers truly live the values of the organisation.

It follows a successful start to 2010 for ANS Group as they were awarded 3* by Best Companies in January, the highest a company can be awarded, for the second year running.
