Welcome to Manchester Science Parks, a community of successful, innovative companies. For over 25 years, Manchester Science Parks (msp) has supported the growth of innovative companies across sectors such as ICT, biotechnology, industrial technologies and digital media.
We offer quality business accommodation to innovative, knowledge based companies. On top of this we provide first rate business development support including seminars, networking events, access to academic resources and a free PR service. We also provide introductions to programmes, people and funding in order to help companies to grow and to sustain that growth.
We offer flexible lease terms and a range of prices to suit your business, with tenants able to move easily within our accommodation portfolio. We have a number of internet service providers who can offer high speed connectivity. Some of our tenants offer discounted services for more specialised requirements, such as enhanced bandwidth or data storage. We can work with you to find the best solution to your needs in this area.

Where are we based?
msp has four locations in Greater Manchester:Manchester Science Park is situated within the boundaries of the Oxford Road ‘Corridor’, close to Manchester city centre and adjacent to Manchester's universities and medical campus.
One Central Park is located in North-East Manchester approximately two miles from Manchester city centre. It is well served by road and public transport and is just two miles from the M60.
Technopark is in Birley Fields, at the southern gateway to Manchester city centre.
Salford Innovation Park on Frederick Road is adjacent is to the University of Salford and Salford Crescent railway station. It is less than a mile from the M602.
